Auf der Fotomontage sind John Heartfield und die Schauspielerin Agnes Bernelle zu sehen, die die Szene spielen.

Die Fotomontage wurde in einer anderen Variante zuerst in der Reynold News (15.10.1939) abgedruckt: "HEY, MAX, HE IS STILL IN POWER" There were rumours in Berlin last week that the Nazi Government had resigned.
Dort stand unter dem Hitler-Porträt "Der Führer"

Auf die Rückseite der Fotomontage ist eine farbige Zeichnung eines Kindes kaschiert: "C. Storey, Croydon 1910".
